It's a cute shoe, fits comfortably over the foot, but the material around the ankle does rub the skin in an annoying way. The material of the upper shoe is stretchy so the foot will slide around a bit, so I wouldn't use these for any quick movement activities, fine for walking.These are true to size and attractive shoes, but this is the first pair my daughter couldn't break in. They rubbed her feet raw even with bandaids and heel balm. Shes tried for 3 weeks. The backs are just too tall for regular athletic socks. This is the first pair of Pumas we haven't liked.These are super cute, and mostly comfortable! I have trouble with shoes digging in to the outside of my ankles. They’re knobby, ok? These shoes seem to have a higher than usual cut and are especially uncomfortable in that area, but fit great everywhere else. I will get some heel pads to go in them to lift my knobby ankles out of the way and all will be well.These shoes are huge. I normally wear a 7 but sometimes pumas are a bit tight so I decided to order a half size larger. Needles to say they were too big, but no problem I just ordered my usual size thinking everything would be fine and dandy. Sike. The 7 was huge on me too. So fingers crossed a 6 1/2 will fit. I've never exchanged a pair of shoes this much. So my advice is to order half to a full size smaller than you would normally wear.UPDATE: So I finally received the correct size. I was extremely excited to finally start walking in these shoes......and two hours later I was ripping them off my feet. I hate to leave a bad review because I LOVE Puma and have never had this problem before. The problem is that the back of the shoe comes up so high and it was rubbing very uncomfortably against my ankle. I didn't want to risk an injury so sadly I have returned these for the last time.Too big ?Have to say I did get these in a timely manner, very fast actually. BIG "BUT"......... I personally believe that these are not authentic "PUMA" sneakers. I bought the black, white and light blue color in size 9.5.I have had several pair of Puma sneakers size 9.5 in women. I have 7 pairs of Puma sneakers. Each of these have size tags and model and serial number tags somewhere in the shoe twice, either in tongue and under inner sole of shoe, ok somewhere in the shoe, the only thing the size tag says is the size and thats it. The material feels very cheap and the logo looks to have been very poorly stitched and painted on! So I compared it to my other pumas and THESE SHOES DO NOT LOOK AUTHENTIC. I do not know how to let Amazon know other than this review and hopefully warn others. Not only that, THESE WEFE HUGE!!!! As I said I ordered a 9.5 and my son wears an 11 in men's he put his foot in to see if they fit him because he agreed they looked huge! They fit him!!! And I checked the size of course it was right. 9.5 in women. Idk I wouldn't chance it though. I returned these and got my money back the next day.Also no serial number in the size tag in the shoe or anywhere on the shoe. GOOD LUCK! So really cheap looking and feeling, and distorted Logo trademark symbols and print and gigantic!! I got the size I usually wear 7.5, they seem big, might be because they are so soft in the front. I was able to put an extra gel insole on top of the original one and they still don't feel snug. I am also adding support for the front, I can see how these will tear from the big toe if you don't. The mid high-top feel is different, I can't use ankle socks, or they rub really bad. Only used for a few days at work, so far so good.Highly disappointed these are my favorite shoes and I'm a size 9 and got sent a size 11 my feet are swimming in them . I usually would recommend these but seems like someone cant do there job and send the right size Even for the price you paid to get them so another shoe I can wear this is the second time it's happened in the past month Last time I got a size 8.5 even though I'm a 9Light and airy... Not supportive at all. If you are on your feet for long hours buy arch support insoles before trying to wear these... And wear socks that come higher than the cuff or you will be rubbed raw. I recommend getting a half size bigger than you usually wear.These were a gift for a friend who admired them while I was shopping. The first pair were too big but returned them and Alex is thrilled with them. They look really cool. I don’t think they will be ever out of style. She’s talking about buying another pair. The price is very reasonable for the great quality. You should try a pair.Love these shoes very nice and comfortable. Looks expensive too. I cant say enough about them. I was glad they had 10.5 size i can't keep it to myself. I am ordering a pair for my daughter. Its too comfortable to just keep to myselfI got these usually have no problem with puma shoes but these are a little on a small side ordered a 9 but feels like a 8.5. I have blister under my ankle bone on both feet the tops of my toes hurt from wearing these.
