This shirt runs one size too small. I always wear a med. but had to go to Lg. I am 5'5" 140 lbs also if you have a long neck, like the model, you will love this shirt. However, the neckline hits me on my chin and will drive me crazy so unfortunately I will have to send it back. Otherwise I love the quality and color.From the looks of it, I would have assume the slouchy fleece would be softer and have good movement. I found it stiff and a not soft as assumed. Found the collar odd too as it stayed stiff like in the picture (couldn't move it to not look at such). Color was good and looked like the picture. Overall, unimpressed and returned.
