These are a narrower running shoe, all that means is your toes will be a little bit closer together than normal. Not a big deal at all. Do not factor that in when choosing a size to get, order your normal shoe size you will be fine. Everyone's foot is different. Some amazon reviewer will not give you accurate sizing information, order your own shoe size they will fit just fine. Besides that these are a great looking, lightweight running shoe.
